About the event
This retreat is for those who are serious about transformation. The guides have decades of experience facilitating individual and group growth and development. Christina, Jen and Kelly are professionally trained in the healing traditions of psychology, nursing and audiology and they are certified in hypnosis, energy work, mindfulness and meditation, yoga, Shamanic Breathwork, and coaching.
Past participants have found this work incredibly beneficial, particularly when you are experiencing life transitions. You will have a variety of experiences during the retreat and ongoing follow up after the retreat.
You will have a variety of planned experiences that are designed to access your full consciousness. We will focus on real self compassion that results in transformation.
